About the Role

We are looking for an experienced site manager to oversee the delivery of commercial landscaping projects from our West Midlands office. You will take ownership of projects from mobilisation through to handover, managing site teams, subcontractors, programmes and client relationships to deliver high-quality landscape construction on time and to budget.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations on commercial landscaping projects
Plan and coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractors
Produce and maintain project programmes and progress reports
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and safety briefings
Monitor quality of works against drawings, specifications and design intent
Manage project budgets and report on cost performance
Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors and site teams
Ensure all works comply with health and safety legislation, environmental requirements and company procedures

About You

You will have a proven track record of managing commercial landscaping projects from start to finish. You are organised, confident in client-facing situations and able to lead site teams effectively. You understand programme management, cost control and quality assurance in a construction environment.

Required Certifications

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
CSCS card (Manager level)
Full UK driving licence
First Aid at Work (desirable)
