We are looking for a fencing contracts manager to lead the delivery of our fencing projects from our Runcorn office. This is a key role managing a portfolio of fencing contracts across the North West and North Wales, covering everything from agricultural and stock fencing through to high-security perimeter installations, acoustic barriers and NHSS highway fencing.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of fencing contracts from pre-start through to completion and handover
Plan and coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractors across multiple live projects
Prepare tenders, quotations and pre-qualification submissions
Build and maintain client relationships with main contractors, local authorities and direct clients
Produce project programmes, progress reports and cost forecasts
Ensure all works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget
Conduct site visits, audits and quality inspections
Line manage fencing operatives and site supervisors
About You
You will have significant experience in the fencing industry, with a strong track record of managing contracts and client relationships. You are commercially aware, well organised and confident leading teams. Experience with high-security, acoustic or highway fencing is highly desirable.

SMSTS or SSSTS
CSCS card (Manager level)
Full UK driving licence
NHSS 2A/2C experience (desirable)
